Refund policy

A photo is taken of every order before shipment. If you receive a shipment and the wrong product is sent to you, please send us an email at sales@oldfaithfulseedbank.com with a photo of the items in your shipment. If the pre-shipping photo confirms that you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.

Please do not send any products back to us as the package will be refused and returned to sender.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If your shipment is returned as unclaimed, email sales@oldfaithfulseedbank.com with your order reference so we can review the next steps.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not refund returns for products.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
