Privacy policy

Checkout asks for your full name, email address, street address, city, state or region, postal code, and country. These details are required to send an order request. You may also provide a phone number, an apartment or suite, delivery notes, and a business name for a wholesale order.

Your request includes the packs and quantities selected, the retail or wholesale price tier, the subtotal you reviewed, and your acknowledgement of the order terms. If you email us directly, we receive the message and any details you choose to include.

We use your order and contact details to check availability, confirm the order, arrange payment and shipping, and answer your questions. The order service validates the request and checks prices against the catalog before sending it.

Payment is arranged by email after we confirm availability. Checkout does not collect card numbers or take payment online.

When live ordering is connected, a server database stores your order reference, selected packs, prices and totals, contact and shipping details, and the contents and addresses of order emails. These records support order handling and help recognize retries of the same request.

We also store email identifiers, acceptance timestamps, and delivery-status updates received from our email provider so we can follow up on confirmations and delivery problems. Clearing your browser's saved data does not remove records held by the database or email providers.

When order email delivery is connected, we use Resend to send your order details to our sales inbox and an order confirmation to the email address you provide. These messages include your order summary and shipping details. Resend processes the email content and recipient addresses to deliver the messages.

Acceptance by Resend does not by itself confirm that an email was delivered to the recipient.

If online ordering is unavailable, checkout offers an email link with your order summary. Sending that message uses your email application and email provider.

Your browser saves the cart's selected packs, quantities, and price tier in local storage so the cart survives a reload and stays in sync across tabs. Submitted packs are removed after a successful order request. You can also remove packs or clear this website's saved data in your browser settings.

If you reload checkout to update prices, your tab saves the form details and order-terms checkbox in session storage so they can be restored. This draft is removed after a successful order request or when the tab's session ends.

The tab also saves a pending submission identifier and a fingerprint of the request to recognize a retry after a reload. This retry record contains no raw contact or shipping details, expires after 24 hours, and is cleared after a successful request or when the tab's session ends. A preview explicitly marked as test mode simulates checkout. It sends no order emails and creates no stored order record. Details entered in the test form are still sent to the server for validation, and the browser storage described above can still be used.

For live orders, the service hashes the connection's IP address and keeps short-lived request timing records in shared server storage to limit repeated submissions. The saved order record does not include the connection's IP address. We have not added analytics or advertising trackers to this website.
