How does ordering work?
Add packs to your cart, fill in your contact and shipping details at checkout, and send the order. Nothing is charged online. We check availability and email you to arrange payment.
How do I pay?
Payment takes place offline. Once we’ve confirmed your order, we email you the payment options.
Where do you ship?
We ship retail and wholesale orders to the United States and Canada.
How much is shipping?
A flat $20 per order, for retail and wholesale alike. It doesn’t count toward the wholesale minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 3 business days after payment for preparation and dispatch. Estimated delivery after dispatch is about 3 days for retail orders and about 5 days for wholesale orders.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for retail: packs are $50 each and you can order one. Wholesale prices ($25 a pack, half of retail) need a seeds subtotal of $1,000.
Can I mix retail and wholesale in one order?
Your cart has one price level. Adding wholesale packs moves the whole cart to wholesale pricing with the $1,000 minimum, and the cart tells you when that happens. You can switch back to retail any time before you send the order.
Can I change an order after sending it?
Yes. Email sales@oldfaithfulseedbank.com with your order reference (it starts with OF-) and tell us what to change. You can also cancel for a full refund any time before it ships; see the refund policy for the details.
